I have always been an "Astros fan" by association. I lived in Houston. My dad and brother watched. I went to games with my family. You know the show.
I even tried (and mostly pretended) to learn to appreciate baseball for an ex. Couldn't make the cut.
Well now, I have finally learned, "Oh hey, this is actually a really interesting game!"
Brad and I are going this Saturday (to watch the Rangers get it handed to them), and it will be our fourth game this season. We are loving it! And this weekend we are in the Crawford boxes, so watch the game on TV. You just might see us!
Anyway, I think we might make a sign that says "HUNTER PENCE MAKES SENSE!" Have you seen this guy? He is really playing his heart out. How many weeks has he been on this team, and he sprung out the gate with gusto. The only thing that concerns me is that he is an aggresive base-stealer. This is all well and good when it works, but it can become a problem. He is just such an eager beaver out there.
So watch the games, cheer your head and don't forget to do the wave.
Or something like that.
